1 killed in accident with tractor-trailer in Fayette Co.

REDSTONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Emergency crews were called Thursday morning to the scene of a fatal accident in Redstone Township, Fayette County.

Police said a woman was killed when she was thrown from a car, which went under a tractor-trailer.

The accident happened shortly before 8 a.m. on New Salem Road, near Lincoln Farm Road.
