WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — A shooting left one person dead in Washington County Sunday evening.
The incident occurred in the village of Westland on Meadow Street at approximately 7:51 p.m.
The Washington County Coroner identified the victim as 22-year-old Robert Kramer Jr, who died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
Kramer’s family was having a picnic at their residence when an argument between Kramer and the shooter ensued, according to officials. The pair argued over a set of keys.
State police arrested Kramer's cousin, 28-year-old Joshua Moss, who was charged with homicide.
"The actor grabbed a shotgun and shot his cousin],” Trooper Robin Mungo said.
Moss was not legally allowed to possess a firearm due to past run-ins with police.
