PITTSBURGH — An 11-year-old girl who went missing Friday afternoon is back home safe, a Pittsburgh police spokeswoman said Saturday.
Jasmin Stuart had last been seen at Greenfield PreK-8 School at 3 p.m. Friday, prompting the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Missing Persons Unit to ask for the public’s help finding her.
Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Sonya Toler confirmed Saturday that a Port Authority bus driver spotted Stuart shortly after 9:30 a.m. near Frick Park. A police officer was able to locate her a short time later and she returned home unharmed.
