19-year-old considered ‘armed and dangerous' arrested in Fayette County shooting

BULLSKIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a man who they considered “armed and dangerous” after a shooting early Wednesday morning in Fayette County.

Jonathan Biller, 19, of Mount Pleasant, is accused of shooting 23-year-old Joshua Grimm just before 3:30 a.m. on Hammondville Road in Bullskin Township. Grimm, also of Mount Pleasant, was taken into surgery at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

State police said Biller fired a small handgun multiple times at Grimm during an argument. Grimm was struck twice and Biller immediately fled, they said.

Grimm was initially taken to the emergency department at Frick Hospital before he was transferred to UPMC Presbyterian.

Authorities said they searched multiple locations for Biller Wednesday morning, but had not been able to find him. He was taken into custody without incident Wednesday evening.
