UNIONTOWN, Pa. — An 11-year-old Uniontown boy has been charged in connection with a bomb threat that forced the evacuation of a South Union Township Walmart in March.
The store was searched by police and K-9s on the night of March 25, but nothing was found.
Police said an investigation identified the boy as the person who called in the threat. He is charged through Fayette County Juvenile Court with terroristic threats, threat to use weapons of mass destruction and disorderly conduct.
