CCAC approves budget, tuition increase

PITTSBURGH — Trustees of the Community College of Allegheny County approved a $115.2 million budget that provides for strategic initiatives, emergency funds and IT upgrades that are funded through a modest tuition increase.

The 2020–2021 operating budget includes $112,514,124 for operating expenditures; $260,000 for strategic initiatives; $200,000 for emergency funds; $1,463,000 for ITS infrastructure; and $755,953 for transfer to the Plant Fund for total operating expenditures and transfers of $115,193,077.
