PITTSBURGH — Burns Scalo Real Estate is ready to fill a void on the North Shore.
The company announced today that it has reached a deal with Convive Coffee, a small yet growing local coffee shop, to establish a new location at the company’s 225 North Drive office building near PNC Park.
Expected to open early next year, the North Shore location of Covive will be the fourth for owners Ryland and Katie Weber, which first debuted at McCandless Crossing in 2016 and have gone on to expand with shops in Mars and in Lawrenceville as well.
