PITTSBURGH — Suburban Philadelphia-based GMH Capital Partners L.P. have leased up the remaining retail space at the Cork Factory, landing TruFusion, the health and fitness franchise of Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez.
Cork Factory, a high-end apartment complex, is located in the Strip District.
According to an announcement, TruFusion will open an 11,296-square-foot location at the Cork Factory’s garage building in early 2021, offering a mix of yoga, kettlebell, pilates, barre, bootcamp, boxing and cycling classes. TruFusion will also offer massages, a wellness cafe and sportswear boutique.
