PITTSBURGH — Downtown-based law firm Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP has opted to moved to Pittsburgh’s biggest building amid various upgrades to better appeal to tenants.
Cushman & Wakefield Grant Street Associates, which represents the building and the firm, announced the law firm has signed a lease for a new 11,871-square-foot office at 600 Grant Street, the address of the U.S. Steel Tower, expecting to move in to their new space in early May.
The firm will move from its current office at 525 William Penn Place to the 26th floor of the U.S. Steel Tower.
