PITTSBURGH — Parma Sausage, a local purveyor whose meats are among the most identifiable flavors of the Strip District, is ready to put some of its retail space on the chopping block.

The local family business has retained John Eliopoulos of Burns Scalo Real Estate Services to find a new tenant for its 1,450-square-foot retail space at 1734 Penn Ave. in the Strip District.
Eliopoulos, a senior brokerage advisor for Burns Scalo, was quick to make clear that Parma Sausage “is not going away.”
