Sheetz teaming with CBRE and RBG Development for 30-location expansion in western Pennsylvania

PITTSBURGH — Sheetz Inc., the Altoona-based convenience store operator with its made-to-order approach to food service that has already made Pittsburgh an administrative home away from home with an office at Bakery Square, is ramping up its expansion plans in the region.

According to an announcement, the company has named RBG Development its exclusive developer, with CBRE signed on to provide site selection services for Sheetz’s ongoing expansion in western Pennsylvania.

While Sheetz already has more than 40 convenience stores in the region, not far from its home market, the announcement by CBRE indicates the company is seeking to establish as many as 30 more locations in the region in the next three to five years.
