PITTSBURGH — Indianapolis-based Thompson Thrift announced it is moving forward with a major new apartment complex to be built as part of a more mixed-use development approach in Moon Township.
Slated for the former Kmart site in Moon Township, the developer is calling the project the Prism at Diamond Ridge, playing off the three-building, 500,000-square-foot Diamond Ridge office project in the works for a neighboring site by Burns Scalo Real Estate.
