Hotel Employees Help Police Bust Prostitution Ring In Cranberry

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa.,None — Two observant hotel employees helped police bust a so-called prostitution ring in Cranberry Township.

They arrested the man who police said was in charge of the whole thing.

Police said Anthony Gosha, 55, was promoting prostitution at the Red Roof Inn hotel.

Police said Gosha traveled to Cranberry from Cleveland, paid cash for a room and then sat in a parking lot while suspected customers used the room.

According to police paperwork, two employees noticed at least three different men enter the rented room. After each man left, the suspect would go to the room, which the employees thought looked suspicious, so they called police.

"I'm glad they got involved," said patron Joseph Smith. "This is a good place, like family."

When police arrived, they said they found Gosha in the parking lot with a camera, laptop and cell phone. A woman in the room was alone, authorities said.

Employees told police Gosha looked familiar, and they believe he's been at the hotel at least 10 other times.
