PITTSBURGH — A man wearing lingerie was passed out and exposing himself inside a car Monday afternoon near a bus stop in Oakland, police said.
When officers arrived at the intersection of Center and Melwood avenues, police said the car was in drive but the man behind the wheel, who they identified as 51-year-old Daniel Marchese, was going in and out of consciousness.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Channel 11 News, Marchese regained consciousness and fought with police who tried to arrest him.
The complaint said that Marchese repeatedly kicked an officer and told police, “Just wait ‘til I get my AK. You’re going to see what happens then."
The car had been reported stolen earlier Monday, and inside the vehicle they found an open bottle of whiskey and two guns, police said. Marchese took the car, which was unlocked with its keys on the dashboard, from a loading bay at a Guardian Storage in Bloomfield.
Marchese faces charges including theft, indecent exposure, aggravated assault and driving under the influence. He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
