JEANNETTE, Pa. — A person died Wednesday night after an apparent heroin overdose inside a Jeannette home.
A source told Channel 11’s Melanie Gillespie that the person was found dead around 6 p.m. of a heroin overdose at a house in the 300 block of South Fifth Street.

According to the same source, stamp bags found at the scene were not the ones U.S. Attorney David Hickton mentioned during a press conference Wednesday about a recent spike in overdoses in western Pennsylvania.
