4-car accident causes traffic backups on Parkway East near Edgewood

EDGEWOOD, Pa. — A four-car accident causedg traffic delays on the inbound side of the Parkway East near the Squirrel Hill Tunnel Thursday night.

Officials said the accident was confirmed between the Squirrel Hill Tunnels and the Edgewood exit around 5 p.m.

There is no word on what caused the accident or if any injuries were reported.

The accident remains under investigation.
