CLINTONVILLE, Pa. — A woman lost control of her SUV on Route 308 in Venango County and struck two trees, sending her and a 10-year-old passenger to the hospital.
Clintonville fire Chief Jerry Rey told Channel 11 that speed and wet roads were factors in the accident.

The accident, which happened around 10 a.m. Sunday morning, sent the woman to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh with severe head and back injuries as well as possible internal injuries.
The 10-year-old passenger was transported with minor injuries to her legs and arms to Grove City Hospital.
Channel 11 is working to learn more about the driver’s condition.
