PITTSBURGH — Authorities say a man arrested on child pornography charges was also running a marijuana growing operation inside his Pittsburgh home.
Investigators with the State Attorney General's Office told Channel 11's Renee Kaminski that 53-year-old Charles Azurin was charged with possessing and distributing child pornography.
Detectives say they found dozens of images and videos of child pornography on Azurin’s laptop. Some of the images were of children as young as 2 years old, investigators said.
When authorities went to Azurin’s home in Imperial on Wednesday, detectives say they found a marijuana growing operation inside.
When asked about the porn and marijuana, Azurin reportedly told investigators he did it because he was curious.
Kaminski reported Azurin has no criminal history of child pornography.
