The building was under construction. It was being rebuilt following a fire in May 2015.
Within a matter of minutes, the apartment complex that was under construction, was up in flames.
“I got a call that my place was on fire,” Owner Eric Snyder said. “As I was driving up here, I could black smoke.”
There were three apartments in the building. No one was living there.
“When we showed up, it was just an inferno,” said Steve Bickel, chief of the Harrisville Volunteer Fire Department.
Last year’s fire was electrical. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
