Authorities respond to reported fight at Pittsburgh Eat'n Park

PITTSBURGH — Officials confirmed to Channel 11 News that there was a reported fight at Eat’n Park early Thursday morning.

Medics were called to the restaurant on Ohio River Boulevard around 2:30 a.m., but didn’t end up transporting anyone.

A short time later, officials say a vehicle was stopped that was believed to be involved in the fight. It’s unknown if anyone was arrested.

A spokesperson with Eat'n Park sent Channel 11's Brandon Hudson the following statement: “Fortunately no one was injured last night in the incident at our Avalon restaurant. At this time we are cooperating with police in their continuing investigation.”
