ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A cellphone charger is being blamed for a car fire that happened on McKnight Road Thursday night.
Firefighters said the fire occurred near the La Quinta Inn around 8 p.m.
The driver told police that his cellphone charger shorted out and started the fire, fully engulfing the car in flames.
No one was hurt, but the car was completely destroyed.
