NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa. — A couple is facing charges after police said they found empty stamp bags of heroin inside garbage bags left outside their North Huntingdon home.
Police said they received complains about lots of people hanging around the home, and when they searched the garbage, the stamp bags were discovered. Authorities also found needles.

Charges have been filed against the couple. The man and woman’s identities have not been released.
Officials said Child Protective Services will decide what should be done with the two children, ages 8 and 10, who were found living at the home.
