WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Authorities have identified the driver who was killed when a car and truck collided in Washington Township Friday morning.
Police said the crash happened near the intersection of routes 66 and 366 just after 8 a.m.
Emergency dispatchers said Nicolette Rafalski, 48, of Hempfield Township, was trapped in her car. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
There's no word on the condition of the truck driver.
The accident remains under investigation.
