Duquesne Light Company releases follow-up report focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion

PITTSBURGH — Duquesne Light Company — an 11 Cares partner — announced it has released its follow-up DEI report focusing on the company’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Last summer, the company released the initial report.

The follow-up report highlights the “current challenges and opportunities facing our industry; the results of DLC’s first-ever pay equity study; and additional insights into hiring,” Duquesne Light Company said.

“This report is an important part of our organization’s growing environmental, social and governance strategy and further advances our vision to ensure an equitable, clean energy future for the Pittsburgh region,” the company said.
