Foster, who has worked for Guardian Angel Ambulance in Verona for about a year and has served as a firefighter for Greensburg, is currently suspended from both of his jobs.
"This man is supposed to be a professional, saving lives and not taking advantage of people that's got some issues,” the victim’s husband told Channel 11 News Monday.
The victim’s husband, who wished to remain anonymous, said he was doing repair work at Guardian Angel Ambulance and took his wife with him. He said that’s where his wife first met Foster.
Verona police said Foster sexually assaulted the woman two different times. Investigators said the woman is mentally handicapped and not capable of consent.
"What might have he done to other people and they would never know it?” the victim’s husband said. "I would say if you're that kind of person to do it to a handicap woman that you've done it before."
Foster's hearing Monday was postponed to next week.
