BROWNSVILLE, Pa. — A Brownsville, Pennsylvania business owner is on the lookout and warning all drivers they can’t be too careful after crooks stole multiple catalytic converters from work trucks parked on his farm.
“Our heart sank, and I’m just upset. Ya know what I mean?” said Mark Duda, co-owner of Duda’s Farm.
Duda’s blood is boiling.
On Monday evening, crooks cut catalytic converters out from underneath his farm vans and box trucks.
Duda, who co-owns Duda’s Farm in Brownsville with his brother, shared a Facebook post highlighting the damage.
One of the crooks even left behind a glove.
“I’m pretty confident they’re gonna get caught and we are gonna press charges to the full extent,” said Duda.
He says at least six vehicles were hit and police are actively investigating the case.

The damage is believed to be in the tens of thousands of dollars because the trucks are industrial grade and replacement parts are pricier.
Duda says what’s most brazen about this crime is that he lives just a few feet away from the property.
“Upset and just disturbed. My mind started racing back to last night cause I was around here.”
Duda now has a strong warning for the people involved, as he’s planning to file criminal charges.
He says they have surveillance cameras on the property and he’s not playing around.
“If you ask me for something, I’ll give you almost anything to you. If you steal from me, you cross the line!”
At last check, no arrests have been made in the case.
Duda says other people in the area are reporting catalytic converter thefts as well.
He’s encouraging all drivers to be extra cautious about where they park.
