Now Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is warning West Virginians that the scam making the rounds again.
According to Morrisey's office, the email tells recipients that in celebration of Pizza Hut's 55th anniversary, the restaurant is offering a free personal pan pizza at any one of its stores.
In order to get the free pizza, the email gives the recipient a link that downloads malware onto their computer rather than the promised coupon to download.
Morrisey says that malware could potentially steal personal or financial information on the computer.
Anyone who receives the email is told not to click on the link and to delete the message immediately.
