BENTLEYVILLE, Pa. — A tractor-trailer accident on Interstate 70 in Bentleyville shut down both the east and westbound lanes of the roadway Friday afternoon.
The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. near exit 70. The truck somehow took out high-tension wires.
Both eastbound lanes were reopened just before 2:15 p.m., while the westbound lanes remained closed.
West Penn Power officials said it could be a full hour until traffic is moving at full capacity again.
