FARMINGTON, Pa. (AP) — A new casino has opened in western Pennsylvania.
The Lady Luck Casino opened at noon on Monday as part of the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.
The project is a partnership between the upscale resort and St. Louis-based Isle of Capri, which will manage the operation. It features 600 slot machines and 28 table games.
Pennsylvania Gaming Board spokesman Doug Harbach said it is a Category Three casino, which means it can't operate more than 600 slot machines and 50 gaming tables.
