PITTSBURGH — Parked outside of the Neighborhood resilience is their trauma response vehicle, this is deployed to the scene of homicides across the county.
Channel 11 goes inside the vehicle to see how volunteers are helping children and loved ones of homicide victims, and all of the positive work they are doing as violence is on the rise.
