In Thursday’s preliminary hearing, one of the victims cried as she testified.
“Anything to say to that victim who was crying on the stand?” Channel 11’s Gabriella DeLuca asked Bartos.
He ignored our questions as he was escorted back to jail after the hearing.
A woman testified Bartos followed her to different locations throughout Bellevue over a few days this summer.
She told the judge he followed her while she walked her dog and went to a park, then she saw him hiding in the bushes outside of her home.
It turns out she wasn’t the only alleged victim.
“What about the other cases you’re charged in?” DeLuca asked Bartos, to no reply.
Channel 11 uncovered new charges against Bartos from August, where police say he followed two women home in Bellevue and began touching himself sexually.
When they told him they were going to report him, he started to laugh, then drove off, court records say.
Terrifying doorbell camera video brought national attention to Bartos’ cases. Police say it shows Bartos following a different woman home from a bar, then sneaking up behind her while wearing gloves as she opened her front door and scared him off.

Bartos is charged in another case in McCandless, where he is once again accused of following a woman.
