GREENSBURG, Pa. — A Wilkinsburg man accused of selling the heroin that led to a Hempfield man’s overdose death three years ago was found not guilty of drug delivery resulting in death Wednesday.
According to Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE, jurors deliberated for two hours before reaching a verdict in the case of 22-year-old Kyland Napper.

Prosecutors said Napper sold heroin to Sage Capozzi, 20, hours before his death in 2012.
When the verdict was announced, TribLIVE reports Capozzi's father could not contain his emotions.
“You killed him. You killed him. Keep smiling,” Carmen Capozzi said in court.
"It hurts. He's dealing death with a smile on his face," he told TribLIVE.
The case against Napper was the first to be tried in Westmoreland County since Pennsylvania laws were changed in 2011.
The change allowed the charge of drug delivery resulting in death to be prosecuted as third-degree murder.
