PITTSBURGH — A man died late Saturday night after he was driven to a Pittsburgh hospital with a gunshot wound to his chest, police said.
Robert Alston, 19, of North Side, was brought to Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC about 11:30 p.m., according to police spokeswoman Sonya Toler. He was pronounced dead about 20 minutes later.

The vehicle in which Alston was driven to the hospital in had a bullet hole in the front passenger seat, Toler said.
Police are investigating.
