A McDonald's Happy Meal toy is being recalled because it can pose a choking hazard to kids.
The fast food chain said the Hello Kitty birthday lollipop whistle comes apart, and the smaller parts could choke children.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission said McDonald's reported two children who coughed up pieces of the whistle.
The recall includes 2.3 million Happy Meal toys in the United States and about 200,000 in Canada.
Parents can return the whistle to any McDonald's for a replacement toy, yogurt or an apple.
