Mike Sullivan sets record for most games coached in Penguins history

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan now holds the record for most games coached in franchise history.

According to a social media post, Mike Sullivan has coached 517 games, with 301 wins.

Sullivan agreed to a three-year contract extension with the team in August.

Former Penguins coach Eddie Johnston previously held the record, having coached 516 games during his tenure with the Penguins.
