Construction workers are no longer parking at 2400 Sweeney Drive in Findlay Township, one unlikely metric showing that construction on Shell’s cracker plant in nearby Beaver County may be close to finishing up.
The nearly 270,000 square foot industrial building, only built a few years ago by Al. Neyer at the Clinton Commerce Center, is back on the market for lease now that Shell has ended its three-year lease of using the building as a parking garage for construction workers.
