Pennsylvania Lottery winners claimed nearly $200 million in scratch-off prizes in May

Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off winners claimed over $199,000,000 in prizes during May, including one top prize worth $3 million that was shared by two players from Allegheny County.

In addition, two prizes worth $1 million were claimed by players from Washington and Westmoreland counties, according to the PA lottery.

Retailers earned bonuses for selling the $3 million and $1 million winning tickets. They are the Shaler Shop ‘n Save at 1620 Babcock Boulevard in Allegheny County, which received a $10,000 bonus and American Natural at 1001 Maple Drive in Charleroi and SHOP ‘n SAVE at 1910 Dailey Avenue in Latrobe, which each received $5,000 bonuses.

Across Pennsylvania, other big prizes claimed during May included three prizes of $500,000; one prize of $300,000; and one prize of $250,000.
