MONROEVILLE, Pa. — Add new indoor pickleball courts to the ongoing changes coming to Monroeville Mall.
After an announced sale, a redevelopment partner and Walmart announced as the new owner within a few days, now a Monroeville resident is ready to bring the new Pickle Parlor to the 1.2 million-square-foot shopping complex.
According to an announcement, Bryan Kiger is the local entrepreneur who has committed to take the former 10,000-square-foot space of Ulta Beauty in which to established the new indoor pickleball courts at the open air District portion of the mall.
“This corner anchor location in the District at the Mall is a highly visible location with ample free parking,” said Kiger in the announcement, characterized as a casual player of the sport. “It is an ideal location for indoor pickleball courts.”
