PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh’s largest bank has announced plans to close several of its branches in the coming months.
PNC Bank branches in downtown, Oakland, Aspinwall, Clairton, Cecil Township, Belle Vernon, Hopwood, North Huntington and Masontown will be closed in an effort to cut costs since more people are banking online.
The closures are expected to happen by the end of July.
PNC officials haven’t said how many jobs will be affected by the closures.
