Rivers Casino to host job fair ahead of The Landing Hotel opening

PITTSBURGH — The Landing Hotel Pittsburgh, the hospitality companion for the Rivers Casino on the North Shore, is finally set to open during the summer of 2022 following years of pandemic-related delays.

And in preparation for its opening, Rivers Casino is hosting a job fair and hiring event at the casino’s second floor ballroom on May 18 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The new hotel, which cost $60 million to construct, will be seven stories tall and include 219 rooms. The owners of the casino previously said that it will need to hire a staff of 128 for the opening.

“We’re in search of eager, engaged team members who are looking for a new career in the hospitality industry,” Bud Green, general manager at Rivers Casino, said. “We couldn’t be more excited for the opening of The Landing Hotel later this summer.”
