CASTLE SHANNON, Pa. — A stuck tractor-trailer blocked rush-hour traffic in an Allegheny County community on Tuesday.
The Castle Shannon Police Department said the tractor-trailer is stuck at Route 88 (Library Road) and Hamilton Road.
Drivers were urged to avoid the intersection.
