PITTSBURGH — Traffic along Route 51 in Overbrook was slowed early Tuesday morning due to a tractor-trailer accident.
Authorities said the tractor-trailer was making a turn onto Route 51 from Route 88 when it blew several tires and hit a road barrier.
According to police, the truck was carrying about 36,000 pounds of frozen food that needed to be transported to another truck before it could be towed away.
