PITTSBURGH, Pa. — A tractor trailer became stuck on the side of the 40th Street Bridge divider Sunday evening.
The accident caused the Millvale side of the bridge to close, according to officials.

Traffic was diverted onto Route 28 for several hours.

Investigators were trying to figure out how the truck became stuck on the sidewalk divider.
