A winning Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was sold in Westmoreland County for Monday’s drawing.
The ticket was one of two $150,000 winners sold in Pennsylvania for the Aug. 10 drawing, alongside another winning ticket sold in Erie County. Combined, the two tickets totaled $300,000 in winnings.
The winning numbers drawn were 6-37-54-55-64, with a red Powerball of 10. Both winning tickets matched four of the five white balls plus the Powerball. Adding the $1 Power Play option boosted the standard $50,000 prize to $150,000 because the Power Play multiplier drawn was three.
The Westmoreland County ticket was sold at Rutter’s, located at 641 Waltz Mill Road in Ruffs Dale. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.
More than 102,200 other Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing.
The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Wednesday night, with the jackpot reaching an estimated $975 million, or $422.3 million in cash value. That annuity value represents the eighth-largest prize in Powerball history. You can watch the drawing live during 11 at 11.
