PITTSBURGH — A man was arrested after police said he robbed a woman in a Smithfield Street parking garage earlier this month.

Police said Michael Lipovsik III, 21, was arrested Saturday and charged with robbery.

Investigators said Lipovsik changed his clothes immediately after robbing the woman in an attempt to throw police off his track. However, police said the whole incident was caught on camera.
