Former Taco Bell senior marketing manager Benjamin Golden made headlines recently after he was caught on camera attacking an Uber driver in a drunken fit of rage.
The assault got him fired from his job, and now the 32-year-old has taken to camera again, this time with CBS, to insist the man in the video “isn’t him.”

Through tearful sobs, he explains that he will be seeking counseling.
Taco Bell released a statement of the incident, saying, "Given the behavior of the individual, it is clear he can no longer work for us. We have also offered and encouraged him to seek professional help."
