PENN STATE CORONAVIRUS: Penn State requiring students to sign liability waiver before returning to campus

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Penn State is requiring students to sign a liability waiver before returning to campus this fall.

The form says students assume all the risks of exposure to COVID-19, including personal injury, illness, disability or death.

A handful of colleges have asked students to sign similar forms before the school year.
