WEST NEWTON, Pa. — A trail of blood was left behind in a church crime in West Newton, but the pastor told Channel 11 that the person who broke in didn't actually take anything.
Someone recently broke into the Sewickley United Presbyterian Church.
The person cut himself or herself breaking into the basement window and left a trail of blood on religious artifacts and a CD player.
Church members went through the entire building and found out that nothing was taken. They think the thief was looking for cash or something big to steal.
