MIAMI LAKES, FLORIDA — 24 million dollars in cash has been found in the home of a suspected marijuana trafficker in Florida.

44 year old Luis Hernandez-Gonzalez, was taken into custody on several drug and firearms charges.

His sister Salma Hernandez, 32, was also arrested.

Authorities say that in his home they discovered the money stuffed in large Home Depot buckets located in a hidden attic. It is the largest money seizure in Miami-Dade Police history.

Gonzalez also ran a business called "The Blossoms Experience.

The store's website proclaims its expertise in indoor gardening.

After his arrest, Hernandez-Gonzalez allegedly admitted to helping customers grow the drug.

Prosecutors said "for a man with $20 million in his walls, an elevated bond is clearly necessary" and the judge agreed.  Gonzales has also been told that bail money can't be delivered in Home Depot buckets.
