Police in Uniontown seek machete-wielding gas station robber

UNIONTOWN, Pa. — State police in Uniontown are searching for a man who robbed a gas station earlier this month using a machete.

Investigators said the robbery happened on Dec. 5 around 6 p.m. at the Flat Rock Express Gas Station in Henry Clay Township.

Police said the man entered the store with a machete in his right hand and demanded money from the clerk.

Afterward, police said the man got into a white Ford F-150 truck with a flare side bed and fled the scene.
